Rent our rustic wedding barn, party room & bridal suites located in North Manchester, Indiana. The wedding barn offers a unique venue to welcome guests and provides a beautiful backdrop for your special day. The party room is ideal for receptions, baby & bridal showers, graduation parties, and meetings. With flexible floor plans, the party room is the ideal space to host your next event, large or small. A full kitchen and beautiful new bathrooms as well as tables & chairs are available. The bridal suites are a new addition to the venue and can be rented for the day of wedding for your getting-ready needs. The Bride’s suite includes a kitchenette, 3 make-up/hair stations, a changing room and a comfortable living room area to relax. The Groom’s Den includes a kitchenette, comfortable living room area and game/pool table as well as an outdoor patio area to relax, play cards and enjoy a drink.

Q: How many people can your event center accommodate?
A: We can accommodate up to 300 guests.

Q: Do you allow smoking on your premises?
A: Smoking is not permitted inside the building but areas are provided outside for our guests.

Q: What is the cost to rent the Wedding Barn, Party Room or Bridal Suites at Metzger Gardens Event Center?

A: It varies on the type of rental and what additional services are added.

-For partial day rentals (5 hours or less-these generally include bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, business meetings, etc.) the base fee is $350.00.

-For full day event rentals (5+ Hours-weddings, reunions, etc.) the base fee is $1000.00 for the Wedding Barn and $3000.00 for the Party Room. This price includes table and chairs. We have bridal suites you can add for an additional $500.00

Q: Are tables and chairs included in the rental?

A: The Gardens Event Center has 228 Chairs and 18-6 ft. rectangle tables & 2-8 ft. serving tables available for use by the Renter in the party room. The wedding barn has 20 pews that fit 160 people, along with 100 chairs. So the wedding barn has seating for a total of 260 people.

Q: How do I reserve my date?

A: Call or stop in to our office during regular business hours.  For a partial day rental $100.00 and a signed rental agreement will hold your date.  For a full day event rental a 50% down payment and signed rental agreement will hold your event date.
