Q: How many people can your event center accommodate?
A: We can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Q: Do you allow smoking on your premises?
A: Smoking is not permitted inside the building but areas are provided outside for our guests.
Q: What is the cost to rent The Gardens Event Center?
A: It varies on the type of rental and what additional services are added.
-For partial day rentals (5 hours or less-these generally include bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, business meetings, etc.) the base fee is $250.00.
-For full day event rentals (5+ Hours-weddings, reunions, etc.) the base fee is $1,500.00.
Q: Are tables and chairs included in the rental?
A: The Gardens Event Center has 100 Chairs and 18-6 ft. rectangle tables & 2-8 ft. serving tables available for use by the Renter. There is a $75.00 fee due at the time of reservation for use of tables and chairs.
Q: How do I reserve my date?
A: Call or stop in to our office during regular business hours. For a partial day rental $100.00 and a signed rental agreement will hold your date. For a full day event rental a 50% down payment and signed rental agreement will hold your event date.
